The third lecture of the Nanqiang academic lecture series "Master face to face", series of events of the 4th Architecture Culture Art Festival of School of Architecture and Civil Engineering, was held successfully in Keli Building, on April 9, 2016 afternoon. Professor Yang Baojun, the vice president and the chief planner of China Urban Planning and Design Research Institute, was invited to give a report entitled "Urban transformation under new normal development" in this lecture which was presided by professor Wen Chaoxiang, the head of the Department of Urban Planning.
